Items condition & return policy
Items are guaranteed to arrive in optimal condition or replacements will be sent. As all items are unique due to hand crafted nature of most of our products, small product variations are possible.
Full refunds are possible if requested prior to shipping. Due to fragile nature of most of our products and possible inadequate packaging when shipping back to return or exchange, all sales are considered final. It is however permitted to exchange items in person at our Montreal store.
Shipping policy
All in stock items are shipped on the following business day. Customers will receive package tracking information within 24 hours of shipping. For customers qualifying for free hand delivery, a representative will call or email to set delivery time appointment window.
